All tarot readings and guidance sessions are personalized and time-based services. Once a session is scheduled or delivered, it cannot be undone or returned.

• Payment is non-refundable, but you may request a reschedule (subject to availability).

• No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice, the booking will be considered used and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling can be done within 15 days of the payment in emergency cases.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (such as emergencies or technical issues from our side), we reserve the right to reschedule your session as per your convenience.
